Lumin Digital Introduces AI-Native Intelligence Layer to Advance Digital Banking Innovation

Lumin Digital has announced the launch of Lumin Solaire, a new AI-native intelligence layer embedded across its digital banking platform for banks and credit unions. The announcement was made during Lumination, the company’s annual client conference, where Lumin Digital outlined its evolving platform strategy and long-term product roadmap.

Lumin Solaire has been integrated into the one platform architecture of the company as a core feature of the platform, and not just an add-on AI feature. This intelligence layer using a centralized data layer is aimed to run across banking altogether, and assist financial institutions increase operational efficiency, member involvement, as well as platform efficiency.

Lumin Digital will build AI into the very fabric of its platform infrastructure to give its bank and credit union customers scalable intelligence that keeps pace with their ongoing andeverchanging user experience and processes.

The launch aligns with Lumin Digital’s broader strategy of helping financial institutions modernize legacy digital banking systems while reducing long-term technical debt. According to the company, the Solaire intelligence layer is designed to create a compounding growth effect by continuously improving experiences and operational outcomes over time.

Lumin Solaire is already active in production environments. The company initially introduced AI-powered functionality in December 2025 through Solaire Assist, a suite of embedded tools focused on marketing automation, service workflows, and member support operations. These capabilities have since been integrated directly into client deployments and are currently being used across multiple financial institution environments.

Solaire Assist is the initial element of the larger Lumin Solaire strategy. In the future, conversational banking experiences, proactive engagement tools, and agentic AI solutions will dynamically automate and tailor massive dollar accounts to the individual behavior of the bank’s customers.
