This strategic acquisition is poised to significantly enhance Altimetrik’s comprehensive digital enablement offerings, broaden its customer base, and accelerate progress toward its goal of achieving $1 billion in annual revenue.
The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
