Pendo, the software experience management platform, has announced its acquisition of Forwrd.ai, an Israel-based no-code predictive analytics company, expanding its AI capabilities to help businesses act faster on user data.
The move introduces Pendo Predict, a new suite of AI-driven tools that combines Pendoās rich usage data with Forwrdās automated predictive models. The goal: empower product and go-to-market teams to proactively spot churn risks, upsell opportunities, and high-quality leads, without relying on data scientists or engineers.

Forwrd.ai, founded in 2021 by serial entrepreneur Kobi Stok, specializes in making advanced predictive modeling accessible through no-code tools. Its technology has already attracted major customers like SAP, HubSpot, and AppsFlyer. Stok and his team will join Pendoās Herzliya, Israel office as part of the deal.
Key features in Pendo Predict include churn risk modeling, lead scoring, upsell detection, and predictive segmentation, alongside āNext Best Actionā recommendations that push targeted actions directly into tools like Salesforce and Pendoās own in-app guides.

The acquisition, unveiled during Pendoās Pendomonium X event in Munich, follows a string of new product updates aimed at helping companies boost user onboarding, measure AI agent performance, reduce support costs, and drive upsell revenue.
