Anduin has introduced Instant Extraction, a new capability designed to convert offline subscription documents into structured investor data and integrate it directly into fund workflows. The solution addresses a long-standing challenge in private markets where manually processing signed PDFs creates inefficiencies and delays. Using OCR technology, Instant Extraction processes documents upon upload, generating reviewable data without manual entry and unifying offline and digital investors within a single dashboard.

Unlike traditional services with multi-day turnaround times, the feature operates in real time within fund workflows, supported by a built-in review module that highlights low-confidence fields, enables side-by-side PDF validation, and allows inline edits. “In private markets, time is the one resource that doesn’t flex. Every hour an operations team spends manually re-keying offline subscription data is an hour not going toward the next raise. Instant Extraction was built to give that time back, without asking funds to change how they work,” said Eliot Hodges. The solution also integrates with platforms like Salesforce and DealCloud, streamlining data flow and improving operational efficiency.
