Arcons Technology has deployed its billPort client billing engine across a leading national wealth management firm overseeing more than $150 billion in client assets, following the firm’s recent merger. The platform, which initially went live in the second quarter of 2026, now fully automates billing cycles across the enterprise network. The implementation provides centralized, rules-based billing infrastructure designed to manage complex fee schedules, multi-party account relationships, and data from multiple custodians. According to Arcons, billPort replaces manual calculations and spreadsheets with automated billing workflows, reducing quarterly invoice cycles from weeks to hours while supporting regulatory audit requirements.

Its capabilities include automated fee calculations, composite billing for household accounts, multi-custodian invoicing, and audit-grade reporting with historical records. “Operating at institutional scale requires revenue architecture that blends total accuracy with exceptional flexibility,” said Hemant More, Founder and CEO of Arcons Technology. “Large wealth enterprises cannot afford operational friction or calculation discrepancies when managing tens of thousands of complex household accounts. We designed billPort specifically to handle these multi-layered fee arrangements effortlessly, enabling advisory leadership to streamline back-office operations and redirect resources toward client service.” Arcons said its technology now supports advisory practices representing nearly $1 trillion in aggregate assets.
