athenahealth has launched new AI-native features for athenaOne. These features focus on practice and revenue cycle management (RCM). They aim to cut administrative work for healthcare practices by over 50%. The updates automate key tasks like insurance selection, prior authorizations, and claims management. This leads to faster payments and better accuracy. “Curing complexity throughout the revenue cycle has always been central to athenahealth,” said Paul Brient, chief product and operations officer at athenahealth.
