The acquisition will combine Medsphere’s established hospital IT ecosystem with CareCloud’s advanced AI and R&D capabilities to create an integrated, scalable platform aimed at small and mid-sized hospitals, which often face affordability and accessibility challenges with large enterprise vendors. “Medsphere and CareCloud are creating a next-generation platform—faster, smarter, and well aligned with the evolving needs of health systems,” said Robert Hendricks, Board Member of Medsphere. Stephen Snyder, Co-CEO of CareCloud, added, “This is one of the most transformational transactions in our history… we see a tremendous opportunity to help hospitals modernize operations, improve patient care, and strengthen their financial position.”
