Coastal Bridge Advisors, Waddell & Associates, and One Charles Form Combined Wealth Firm

Coastal Bridge Advisors (CBA), Waddell & Associates (W&A), and One Charles Private Wealth have merged strategically and have become one firm in the wealth management industry which has over $10 billion in assets under management as of June 30, 2026. The combined firm, which will function under the Coastal Bridge Advisors name, consists of around 20 partners and 52 professionals working from offices situated in Massachusetts Connecticut North Carolina Tennessee Florida, and California. The enlarged management team is made up of David Waddell who is chairman and chief investment strategist, founder and co-chairman Kevin G. Burns, CEO Jim Betzig, President Mark Dupont, and Chief Revenue Officer Bill Loftus. The merger also brings Paul Squarcia and Erik Wallin into leadership roles for the Florida and Massachusetts offices, while Perry Green joins as chief planning officer and Sean Gould as managing partner for the Tennessee region.

The transaction retires the Waddell & Associates and One Charles Private Wealth brands, unifying operations under Coastal Bridge Advisors to strengthen investment capabilities, planning expertise, technology, and client service. “It’s an exciting time in the evolution of Coastal Bridge Advisors,” said Mr. Burns. “I am honored to welcome David as CBA’s new chairman and chief investment strategist.
