Share

Ericsson has announced a strategic equity investment in LotusFlare, acquiring a minority stake to advance their shared vision of developing and commercializing AI-powered telecom software and building a global network API ecosystem. With participation from Kickstart Ventures, the investment strengthens LotusFlare’s ability to scale its cloud-native digital commerce and monetization platform while complementing Ericsson’s end-to-end solutions for communications service providers (CSPs). The partnership validates LotusFlare’s DNO Cloud, which enables network abstraction, consent management, and external network exposure for APIs, and underscores the company’s readiness for its next phase of global expansion.

The companies will jointly explore opportunities in network asset monetization and API exposure as LotusFlare accelerates development of AI-ready telecom solutions.
