Now, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and other calls can automatically update CRM records with AI insights. Sugar users can capture summaries, action items, sentiment analysis, engagement signals, and deal health scores as structured data. This data covers opportunities, accounts, and contacts.
