Finster AI has secured a strategic investment from UBS Investment Bank as part of its Series B financing round, alongside FactSet, strengthening the company’s efforts to develop AI-native infrastructure for investment banking and asset management. The investment will support Finster AI’s development of secure enterprise systems, trusted data infrastructure, expanded workflow capabilities, and deeper integrations designed for regulated financial environments. Finster AI’s platform combines structured financial data, unstructured content, and institutional knowledge to support research, analysis, and content workflows.

Its AI capabilities can generate client-ready briefing decks, model companies and markets, and monitor sectors for emerging trends, competitive activity, opportunities, and market-moving events.
