Healthrise Launches Navigator AI for Revenue Cycle Optimization

Share

Healthrise has introduced Navigator AI, a new embedded artificial intelligence layer within its Denials Navigator platform designed to help healthcare organizations accelerate denial resolution, improve decision-making, and proactively reduce revenue leakage across the revenue cycle. The launch comes as hospitals continue to face rising denial rates, increasing payer complexity, and administrative burdens that contribute to costly claim rework and delayed reimbursements. According to Healthrise, up to 30% of preventable revenue loss originates from upstream issues such as documentation gaps, coding inconsistencies, eligibility errors, and missed charge capture opportunities before claims are even denied.

Navigator AI addresses these challenges by embedding real-time intelligence directly into denial workflows, providing case summaries, root-cause analysis, resolution recommendations, and pattern detection to support faster and more consistent decision-making. “Denials are not the problem, they’re the symptom,” said David Farbman, Chief Executive Officer of Healthrise. Purpose-built for healthcare revenue cycle operations, the platform is trained on denial workflows, payer behavior patterns, and resolution strategies, helping organizations shift from reactive denial management toward prevention-focused financial operations and improved overall revenue performance.
