Kahua, an AI enterprise building platform for complex capital programs, raised a minority growth round at a valuation north of $1 billion from Bain Capital’s Tech Opportunities fund. The round comes after the Bain Capital backed Kaminario scaled to $100 million in annualized revenue and will allow Kahua to continue its investments into AI, product innovation, go-to-market operations, customer success and talent development. Kahua boasts more than 2500 customers and supports over $400 billion in capital programs across government and defense transportation healthcare, education, and other sectors.
