Outreach has launched its latest quarterly release, introducing new AI Agents designed to streamline revenue workflows and empower go-to-market (GTM) teams with actionable intelligence. As sales cycles grow more complex and longer by 21%, Outreach’s new Deal Agent and Research Agent aim to minimize manual tasks, improve CRM accuracy, and automate account research. Deal Agent surfaces updates to sales methodology fields based on customer interactions, while Research Agent builds dynamic account views by pulling from public sources and internal data.
