PairSoft has purchased Nimbello with an intention to offer better AI-Driven procure-to-pay platform and upgrade purchase-order-based invoice processing features across the major ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 SAP Oracle, and NetSuite. The acquisition complements Nimbellos strong skills in processing large volumes of invoice matching and reconciliation, thereby providing an opportunity to enhance industries that heavily rely on purchase order workflows, e. g. healthcare manufacturing, and higher education.

Founded in 2010 by Milind Agtey, Nimbello has processed over 20 million invoices and achieved significant growth, expanding revenue by 300% between 2022 and 2025. “My ultimate goal when I founded Nimbello was to perfect purchase-order matching for industries that required this to keep up with their volume,” said Milind. “Now that our company has achieved that and then some, it’s the perfect time to pass the baton to PairSoft, whose customers will also greatly benefit.” The deal also complements PairSoft’s recent backing from TA Associates and advances its strategy to deliver enhanced AI-powered financial automation for CFOs.
