Provus and Kantata Partner to Eliminate Revenue Leakage and Strengthen Margin Control

Share

Provus and Kantata have announced a strategic partnership designed to address one of the most persistent challenges in the professional services sector: revenue and margin leakage caused by siloed systems and inefficient handoffs between sales and delivery teams. By integrating Provus’s AI-powered estimation, pricing, and quoting capabilities with Kantata’s professional services automation (PSA) platform, the two companies aim to create a seamless operational workflow from quote to execution. Once a quote is approved in Provus, project structures—including work breakdowns, resourcing plans, and budget constraints—are automatically generated and pushed into Kantata, while real-time project data flows back to Provus to continually improve pricing models and estimation accuracy.

“Margin leakage starts the moment a deal is signed and only accelerates with every handoff,” said Stawan Kadepurkar, CEO of Provus. “Our partnership with Kantata eliminates that friction by connecting quoting directly to project execution giving organizations a smarter way to deliver with full margin visibility.” The joint solution is expected to help services firms improve pricing precision, strengthen margin control, optimize resource utilization, and accelerate cash flow by shortening billing cycles. “This partnership bridges a critical gap that has long challenged services organizations,” added Vikas Nehru, CTO of Kantata.
