RecVue has completed the acquisition of AiVidens, marking a strategic move to unify revenue and cash flow operations within a single AI-driven system. The deal enhances RecVue’s RevOS platform, enabling it to integrate contract management, billing, collections, revenue compliance, and cash flow management into one cohesive operating model. This comes as CFOs increasingly face challenges managing fragmented systems across CRM, ERP, and accounting tools, often resulting in inefficiencies, delayed cash realization, and revenue leakage.

“This acquisition is another step forward in our strategy to close the structural gap between revenue and cash flow,” said Nishant Nair. “Today, CFOs are responsible not only for revenue accuracy but also for cash flow and working capital efficiency. With AiVidens, we are expanding RevOS to directly link commercial activities with cash realization.” The integration introduces AI-powered receivables and predictive payment intelligence to improve liquidity visibility and accelerate collections. “This step is a significant milestone in redefining liquidity management for businesses,” said Edouard Beauvois.
