RFA has introduced a new AI-native managed services platform that will transform business processes by incorporating AI-powered automation, monitoring, and analytics throughout IT operations. This platform will be of great help to banks in enhancing their cybersecurity measures, boosting operational effectiveness, and staying compliant with all regulations. On one hand Titan which is a new platform from RFA, has been used to build the solution. But, the platform brings together AI agents and a team of experts from RFA to do various IT-related activities, i.e. automating diagnostics, correlating system signals, and performing repetitive IT tasks. Engineers can still be there to take charge of critical decisions while these tasks are carried out automatically.
