Following their $250 million exit from Metaco, serial entrepreneurs Adrien Treccani and Seamus Donoghue have unveiled Supervised, an AI-powered platform aimed at redefining managerial roles within enterprises. By leveraging advanced voice AI technology, Supervised enables managers to oversee up to 30 direct reports, a significant increase from the traditional limit of around 10. The platform automatically captures, structures, and routes critical operational insights, reducing the need for status meetings and enhancing decision-making speed.

Early adopters, including Fortune 500 companies across financial services, manufacturing, and technology sectors, have reported improved decision velocity and operational clarity. Treccani, CEO of Supervised, stated, “When a manager hits their biological limit of 7-10 direct reports, companies add layers that slow down everything. Our platform breaks this fundamental constraint, enabling radically flatter organizations that maintain startup speed at enterprise scale.” As organizations face challenges such as the retirement of baby boomers and the rise of remote work, Supervised aims to preserve institutional knowledge and enhance governance, positioning itself at the intersection of AI and organizational science.
