Wayflyer has secured a $50 million corporate debt facility from Trinity Capital to expand its working capital capacity for small businesses and support investments in emerging growth areas, including its AI capabilities. The financing follows a series of capital market moves by the company. In July, Wayflyer announced a $1.5 billion forward flow agreement with Fortress Investment Group, bringing its total funding capacity to deploy up to $4.5 billion over the following 24 months. The company also secured a $250 million credit facility from ATLAS SP Partners in February. Since launching in 2020, Wayflyer has deployed billions of dollars in working capital to thousands of brands globally.
