With a new round of funding in its back pocket, xfactors is extending its agentic revenue assurance platform to professional services firms, systems integrators and technology services companies. The solution monitors contracts, project execution and billing for sources of revenue leakage. It consolidates data from CRM systems, contracts, and SOWs PSA time and expense ERP billing and collections systems. Its AI-based controls and anomaly detection tools compare contracted scope and promises, and delivered service to invoices, across workflows for signs of mismatch that could adversely impact topline revenue and bottom line profit: unbilled hours and scope, accounting for the quantity of work, not just the number of billed hours; incorrect contract rates; unbilled change orders; unbilled subcontractor fees; scope creep; and billing for completed milestones.

“Services revenue has a unique challenge. The contract, project, timesheet, resource and invoice may each sit in a different system,” said Ravin Checker, CEO of xfactrs. “The leakage often happens between those systems. Revenue Assurance gives services companies a way to continuously validate that what they sold and delivered is actually making its way to the invoice and ultimately to revenue.” The platform monitors millions of transactions and applies more than 500 controls to identify anomalies across the quote-to-cash lifecycle. xfactrs says it has detected more than $50 million in revenue leakage, highlighting the potential role of continuous AI-driven monitoring in improving revenue visibility and protecting margins.
