Zafin and Curinos Partner to Bring Embedded Market Intelligence to Deal Management

Share

Zafin has announced a collaboration with Curinos to integrate real-time benchmark pricing intelligence into Zafin’s Deal Manager solution, helping banks enhance pricing accuracy, ensure billing integrity, and protect margins. By combining Zafin’s deal negotiation and billing capabilities with Curinos’ AI-driven decision intelligence, financial institutions can now embed live market data into every stage of the deal process from pricing and negotiation to billing and revenue forecasting. “Financial institutions need more than an intuitive deal negotiation solution, they need decisive intelligence in their hands at every moment of the deal from both internal and external sources,” said Dan Gill, Industry Advisor, Commercial Banking at Zafin.

The integration enables banks to align pricing with market benchmarks, reduce revenue leakage, and improve competitiveness. Colin Kerr, Head of Banking and Payments at Celent, noted that embedding benchmark data directly into workflows represents “a significant shift from retrospective reporting to proactive margin defense.” Margarita Vacanti, SVP, Commercial Banking at Curinos, added that the partnership “helps banks focus on delivering valued products and services while defending profitability and maintaining transparency.” The collaboration aims to empower banks to negotiate smarter, increase deal success, and sustain profitability in a margin-pressured environment.
