Advisor360° Partners with Conquest Planning to Integrate Financial Planning into Advisor Workflows

Share

Advisor360° has joined hands with Conquest Planning to offer financial planning services within its platform, an effort to streamline operations and make the entire process easy for advisors. There is a trend towards integrating all processes, such as planning, implementation, and client management, through unified platforms.

Financial planning has always been a separate task, done independently of any other activity performed by advisors. Advisors had to move between various applications, inputting data manually, and then interpreting results separately. Such a fragmented process was not efficient and delayed decision-making on both sides.

The integration of financial planning services with Advisor360° allows advisors to perform financial planning activities while managing other aspects of their operations, ensuring continuity in their workflow without having to change platforms or lose focus.

“The future of advice is built on connected workflows that unify the advisor workday. Embedding planning allows insights to flow directly into execution and ongoing client engagement,” said Scott Freeland, Vice President of Product Management at Advisor360°.

This solution provides for the ability for advisors to prepare and maintain financial plans within the system itself, leveraging the goal-based and cash flow-based models of planning in a hybrid form. Insights gained from such planning will be fed into the CRM systems, reporting modules, and service processes, making sure that recommendations are always implemented in any interaction with clients.

Furthermore, the system supports cooperation with clients via the investor portal. In the future, we expect to provide insights driven by artificial intelligence and alerts for advisors to recognize opportunities in their work.

“Financial planning that lives outside the advisor’s workflow won’t reach its full potential,” said Tom Burmeister, Vice President, Strategic Product Solutions at Conquest Planning. “By embedding planning, we’re helping firms move toward a future where AI-driven insights are transparent, consistent, and auditable—and advisors are able to devote more time to delivering quality advice they can confidently stand behind.”

By consolidating planning and execution into a single system, Advisor360° aims to reduce operational complexity while enabling advisors to deliver more consistent, personalized financial guidance at scale.
