In a strategic move to bolster its presence in the healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) sector, Infinx Healthcare has acquired the healthcare RCM business of i3 Verticals, Inc. for $96 million. This acquisition includes i3’s proprietary technology and is aimed at enhancing Infinx’s AI-powered solutions for healthcare providers.
The deal significantly expands Infinx’s footprint, particularly among academic medical centers and large provider groups, by integrating i3’s experienced team and established customer base. This move aligns with Infinx’s strategy to deliver comprehensive, AI-enabled financial lifecycle solutions across the healthcare industry.

This acquisition follows Infinx’s recent purchase of Glidian, a U.S.-based prior authorization processing firm, indicating a continued effort to expand its capabilities and market reach in the healthcare sector.
