Clearwater Analytics has finalized its $1.5 billion acquisition of Enfusion, Inc., a move that establishes the industry’s first single-instance, multi-tenant, cloud-native platform unifying front, middle, and back-office investment operations.
This strategic combination integrates Enfusion’s robust front-office capabilities—including portfolio and order management, IBOR, and risk analytics—with Clearwater’s established middle and back-office solutions. The result is a comprehensive platform designed to eliminate data silos and streamline workflows across asset classes and geographies .

The acquisition also significantly expands Clearwater’s international presence, with Enfusion generating 38% of its revenue from Europe and Asia. This global reach, combined with the integrated platform’s capabilities, positions Clearwater to better serve institutional investors facing increasing complexity across portfolios, geographies, and asset classes .
