Millennia Appoints Brian Foxworthy as Chief Financial Officer

Millennia, a leading provider of patient revenue cycle and experience solutions for healthcare organizations, has named Brian Foxworthy as its new Chief Financial Officer. In his role, Foxworthy will guide financial strategy and execution, ensuring the company has the operational foundation and resources to help hospitals and providers enhance revenue cycle performance and deliver stronger patient experiences.

With more than 15 years of financial leadership, Foxworthy brings extensive expertise in managing growth and driving strategic initiatives. He most recently served as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Waystar, where he was instrumental in the company’s 2024 IPO and in EQT’s 2019 investment. Earlier in his career, Foxworthy co-founded a private equity firm, held leadership positions across portfolio companies, and contributed to the IPO of Artisan Partners Asset Management in 2013.

“I am passionate about leveraging data and process improvements to drive better financial and operational outcomes,” Foxworthy said. “At Millennia, that means ensuring we have the clarity and resources to support providers in improving patient experiences, recovering more revenue, and building stronger partnerships.”
