Penguin Ai and FTI Consulting Partner to Advance AI-Driven Revenue Cycle Performance

Penguin Ai has announced a strategic collaboration with FTI Consulting, Inc. aimed at helping healthcare providers modernize revenue cycle management (RCM) operations and reduce administrative complexity. By integrating Penguin Ai’s healthcare-focused AI platform into FTI Consulting’s RCM transformation engagements, the collaboration seeks to improve throughput, minimize rework, and deliver measurable gains in financial and operational performance.

Under the agreement, FTI Consulting’s healthcare practice will leverage Penguin Ai’s purpose-built AI capabilities across critical RCM functions, including claims denial management and appeals. The platform applies AI-powered automation, intelligent monitoring, and smart workflow routing to accelerate cash flow and improve efficiency for providers operating at scale. The joint approach is designed to help organizations manage growing administrative demands while strengthening long-term financial outcomes.

The collaboration also brings together complementary strengths. FTI Consulting will provide Penguin Ai with access to its deep experience in revenue cycle operations across large integrated delivery networks, physician groups, and private equity–backed healthcare organizations. This expertise is expected to support faster and more effective deployment of Penguin Ai’s digital agents in real-world RCM environments, while enhancing credibility through alignment with a global advisory firm.
