GroupSense Names Taylor Banks as Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing

GroupSense, a digital risk protection services company, announced it has appointed cybersecurity veteran Taylor Banks as its vice president of worldwide sales and marketing. In this role, Banks will be responsible for driving revenue growth through developing high-performance sales and customer success teams, expanding the company’s market presence through various thought leadership activities as well as further supporting the company’s unique analyst-driven approach to threat intelligence and digital risk protection.

Banks is a seasoned cybersecurity leader with nearly three decades of experience as a practitioner, instructor, mentor and executive. A well-known figure in the industry, Taylor has trained more than 10,000 cybersecurity professionals globally and presented at world-renowned conferences like DEF CON and ShmooCon. He has also advised organizations ranging from startups to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the National Security Agency (NSA) and the United Nations. As the founder of DC404, one of the longest-running local cybersecurity communities, and a dedicated volunteer firefighter, EMT, and search and rescue team member, Taylor combines his deep technical expertise with a commitment to public service.
