Experienced senior leader brings extensive human capital management and software expertise to the leading talent acquisition software company
iCIMS, a leading provider of talent acquisition technology, announced the appointment of Christine Mills as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Mills will lead the global sales and partnerships organizations. An accomplished executive, Mills brings a wealth of experience in driving revenue growth and market expansion notably in leading HCM and SaaS businesses.

Mills previously served as chief revenue officer at Dataminr, an AI platform company until January 2023, where she led the company’s growth in North America, EMEA and APAC. Most recently, she served as vice president of enterprise sales at Kalderos, the end-to-end drug discount management platform. She has also held senior leadership positions at Alchemy Systems, SIA Global Compliance and SkillSoft.
