HubSpot Introduces AI Agents to Empower SMBs

Share

HubSpot has launched a suite of AI-powered agents aimed at enhancing productivity for small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs). These tools, integrated into HubSpot’s CRM platform, are designed to automate tasks across sales, marketing, and customer service functions.

The initiative includes the introduction of Agent.AI, a network that allows businesses to identify, test, and implement AI agents tailored to their specific needs. Examples of these agents include a Prospecting Agent that identifies potential buyers, a Social Media Agent that drafts targeted posts, and a Customer Agent that autonomously supports customers using trusted knowledge content.

HubSpot Ventures, the company’s investment arm, has prioritized funding for companies developing agentic applications for SMBs. Adam Coccari, Managing Director of HubSpot Ventures, stated, “We believe AI agents will change how businesses of all sizes operate, but especially SMBs. It isn’t just go-to-market: agents can provide small businesses with critical expertise across other disciplines that were once out of reach. Think legal reviews, contract writing, bookkeeping, or creative design – all handled by AI agents at a fraction of the cost.”

This move underscores HubSpot‘s commitment to providing accessible AI solutions for SMBs, enabling them to compete more effectively in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
