At its annual Knowledge 2025 conference in Las Vegas, ServiceNow introduced the AI Control Tower, a centralized platform designed to oversee, manage, and secure AI agents, models, and workflows across enterprises. This initiative aims to optimize AI investments and ensure seamless integration of AI technologies into business strategies.
The AI Control Tower offers organizations comprehensive visibility into their AI operations, enabling them to monitor performance, enforce governance policies, and align AI initiatives with business objectives. Key features include enterprise-wide AI oversight, embedded compliance and risk management, end-to-end lifecycle management of AI agents, and real-time reporting to assess AI performance against key business metrics.
Complementing the AI Control Tower, ServiceNow also launched the AI Agent Fabric, a communication framework that facilitates interaction between AI agents, models, and tools. Utilizing protocols like Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent2Agent (A2A), the AI Agent Fabric enables dynamic information exchange and coordinated actions among ServiceNow and third-party AI systems. Initial integrations are planned with partners such as Accenture, Adobe, Box, Cisco, Google Cloud, IBM, Jit, Microsoft, Moonhub, RADCOM, UKG, and Zoom.
