Tennr, a healthcare technology company focused on eliminating patient care delays, has appointed John Capaldi as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). The company helps healthcare providers manage payer requirements, remove operational bottlenecks, and improve visibility across the patient journey.

Capaldi brings more than 25 years of experience in the enterprise technology industry, with leadership experience across public and private hyper-growth companies. Before joining Tennr, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at Altana, where he led global go-to-market sales strategy. Previously, he was CRO at Zip, where he led the company’s go-to-market function.

In his new role, Capaldi will focus on building and scaling Tennr’s revenue engine and go-to-market organization as the company responds to accelerating demand across the healthcare industry.

“Tennr sits at the center of a problem every health system and specialty practice knows painfully well: patients getting lost between referral and care or first appointment and follow-up. Customers see the value in the product, and the market is enormous. My job is to build the revenue engine that matches the ambition of this team,” said John Capaldi, Chief Revenue Officer at Tennr.

Tennr has raised $162 million from investors including IVP, Andreessen Horowitz, Lightspeed, GV, and ICONIQ. Earlier this year, the company also appointed former Cleveland Clinic and Google executive Dr. William H. Morris as Chief Medical Officer.

The CRO appointment comes as Tennr continues to expand its healthcare technology platform, which is designed to help providers address operational bottlenecks and improve how patients move through the referral-to-care process.
