Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company Tally announced a three-year partnership with Databricks. This is part of Tally’s Data-First Strategy and Tally’s drive to bring more intelligence to its healthcare revenue management platform. Tally is using Databricks Data Intelligence Platform to translate operational data from claims processing, prior authorizations, eligibility inquiries and denials management into actionable insights in near real-time for healthcare organizations. Using this production-data-first data architecture, Tally’s platform learns from every large number of payer interactions to help providers maximize revenue, eliminate unnecessary admin, and make smarter business decisions.

Other program benefits include rapid onboarding, hierarchical and scalable architecture, HIPAA and enterprise security compliance out of the box, and natural language query for revenue data. “This agreement is a clear signal that we are accelerating our Data-First Strategy with the expectation that Tally’s trusted data and AI-driven products and services are an indispensable part of every healthcare organization we serve. At the heart of Tally’s approach is a simple idea: every claim we work, every prior authorization we process, and every denial we resolve makes our platform more predictive for every client we serve,” said Peter Van Riper, CEO of Tally. The company will implement the platform in collaboration with data and AI consultancy eSolutionsFirst, further supporting the development of advanced AI and future agentic capabilities for healthcare revenue operations.
