EnableComp, a pioneer in Complex Revenue Cycle Management solutions, has launched a new AI Transformation Series, which is a complete thought leadership program aimed at giving healthcare organizations step-by-step guidance on how to create and expand enterprise AI capabilities in heavy regulations. Getting started with the first piece
The Blueprint is out now. The document tells the story of how EnableComp radically changed its software development process by deeply integrating AI at its core, moving from simply using separated AI tools to having a well-organized enterprise operating model with the support of specialized AI agents, well-defined workflows, governance structures, human checks, etc. Other parts of the series will be released at intervals during 2026.
“We’re publishing this series because healthcare AI needs more transparency,” said Frank Forte, CEO of EnableComp. “There are plenty of claims about what AI might do. We think the more useful conversation is how it actually gets built, what it takes to govern it, and what teams learn when they put it into production.”
As healthcare organizations are delivering more AI and moving beyond experimenting and piloting, the focus is on the sustainable, full implementation of AI throughout the enterprise. Success is not just seen through a productivity gain in a small isolated area but rather by an organization’s ability to adopt AI in their workflows governance performance, and continuous improvement. The Blueprint shows the realistic steps to be taken for a successful transition.

The paper documents significant outcomes from EnableComp‘s enterprise-wide AI transformation, like a 35x increase in development velocity for existing codebases and a 57x faster delivery of new features. Apart from performance metrics, the publication also gives detailed insights into governance models, implementation strategies, and organizational lessons learned during the transition from AI experiments to production-scale deployment..
“The Blueprint is our way of showing the work behind the results,” said Brian Kenah, Chief Technology Officer at EnableComp and co-author of The Blueprint. “It documents the structure, decisions, lessons, and tradeoffs behind an AI-first development lifecycle in a healthcare environment. That level of practical detail is still rare in the market.”
The AI Transformation Series begins by examining the foundation of EnableComp’s technology development approach, recognizing that scalable AI innovation starts with a strong software and operational framework. Future publications will build on this foundation, including an upcoming paper that explores how EnableComp leveraged its methodology to capture and operationalize more than 25 years of complex claims management expertise within its AI systems.
By sharing its real-world experiences, governance practices, and implementation strategies, EnableComp aims to contribute to a broader industry conversation around responsible, transparent, and effective AI adoption in healthcare revenue cycle management.
