Share

Accounting Seed has introduced a new partnership with Ramp, a financial operations platform that offers spend management solutions to businesses. This partnership is designed to help companies eliminate inefficient manual reconciliation workflows and enhance financial transparency. Finance teams will be able to seamlessly import travel and expense transactions, vendor card purchases, and employee reimbursements into their accounting system with very detailed coding, including vendor information, GL accounts, and other financial dimensions, without any effort on their part through the integration. This offering not only eliminates the different manual journal entry processes but also makes it reachable to accelerate the month-end close cycles, enhance audit readiness, and even see company spending in real-time.

“Spend management is still one of the most manual, error-prone parts of finance and it shouldn’t be,” said Ryan Sieve, Chief Technology Officer at Accounting Seed. “By bringing Ramp transactions into Accounting Seed, finance teams get the detail to unlock zero-day close and the visibility to manage spend in real time.” Additional benefits include AI-powered transaction coding, automated syncing of card transactions and reimbursements, multi-entity management through a single Ramp account, and enhanced compliance through automated receipt matching. Combined with Accounting Seed’s AI-driven accounts payable automation capabilities, the integration delivers an end-to-end solution for managing both corporate spending and vendor payments more efficiently.
