Business advisory and technology solutions firm CrossCountry Consulting announced its acquisition of Dupont Circle Solutions (DCS), a boutique Salesforce consulting firm based in Arlington Virginia that will enhance its Salesforce practice and strengthen its reach to the lead-to-cash and revenue operations space By a lot. DCS was established in 2015 and comprises more than 60 consultants with over 175 Salesforce and connected-platform certifications. DCS will be led by founders and managing partners of the firm, Ben Hatten and Erin Hatten. This move will empower CrossCountry to provide support to clients throughout the entire revenue cycle, including CRM strategy CPQ Revenue Cloud, and commercial analytics, with a specific focus on helping private equity sponsors and their high-growth portfolio companies maximize value through intelligent automation and Salesforce-native AI solutions.
