Cosentus Launches ‘Zeus AI’ Platform to Deliver End-to-End Revenue Cycle Automation

Share

Specialty revenue cycle management (RCM) company Cosentus has announced the launch of Zeus AI, an AI-native engine designed to fully automate the healthcare billing cycle while integrating seamlessly across all major Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Drawing on 25 years of specialized knowledge in medical billing, the new enterprise-grade platform was entirely developed in-house and features a strict “Real People + AI” operational model. Instead of using fully autonomous workflows, which may cause compliance issues, Zeus AI is a very fast automation and decision-support layer. It takes care of routine, high-volume administrative tasks, while complex claims and the final decision-making are always handled by human experts who have been specially trained in the relevant specialties.

The platform’s functions span the entire RCM lifecycle, beginning in the exam area with an AI medical scribe that organizes SOAP notes and recommends medical codes, going on to automated pre-service claim validation, and finishing with a dedicated engine that composes multi-level denial appeal letters on the fly.Reflecting on the company’s long-term product vision, G.S. Bhalla, Founder and CEO of Cosentus, noted: “We didn’t build Zeus AI to chase a trend. We built it in-house, on 25 years of real revenue cycle work, because our clients deserve the efficiency of AI without losing the expertise that earns them their money. Sophisticated technology in the hands of real experts – that is the future of revenue cycle management, and it’s the standard we intend to set.”
