Ember AI Adds Oracle Health Integration to Expand Revenue Integrity Platform

Share

Ember AI has launched a Strategic Partner Program alongside a native integration with Oracle Health, expanding access to its AI-powered revenue integrity platform across healthcare organizations. The program allows specialty practices, hospitals, and health systems to add revenue integrity capabilities to their existing technology infrastructure. Ember AI can be purchased on the athenahealth, ModMed, Veradigm, and NextGen Healthcare marketplaces and connected to other vendors like Epic and Nextech. The latest Oracle Health integration connects straight to electronic health record data without custom build and review clinical and financial data to flag coding errors, incomplete documentation, reimbursement risks and revenue leakage before claims are filed. The integration is already live across six major U.S. health systems.

Ember AI said customers using the Oracle Health connection have analyzed more than 1.2 million billable service lines, achieving an average 41% reduction in preventable denials and a 35% reduction in recoverable denials headed for automatic write-off.”Healthcare organizations have already invested heavily in the technology that powers their clinical and financial operations. Our goal is to make those systems work harder for them, not ask them to start over,” said Charlene Wang, CEO and co-founder of Ember AI. “By building deeper connections across the healthcare technology ecosystem, we can make proactive revenue integrity easier to deploy and give providers a consistent approach to protecting revenue, regardless of the underlying technology.”
