Outreach, a leading AI Sales Execution Platform, has announced a new integration with Zoom Mail, part of Zoom’s AI-first work platform. This collaboration aims to enhance sales team productivity by unifying communication tools within a single interface.
With this integration, revenue teams can connect Outreach directly to Zoom Mail and Zoom Calendar within their Zoom Workplace app. This enables sellers to sync and send emails from Outreach using Zoom Mail, as well as connect their calendars to schedule and manage meetings seamlessly. The integration also introduces features such as email templates, attachments within templates, snippets for consistent messaging, reminders for follow-ups, availability sharing for meeting scheduling, and open and click tracking for performance metrics.
Brendan Ittelson, Chief Ecosystem Officer at Zoom, highlighted the benefits of this partnership: “Revenue teams need a unified platform that simplifies workflows and helps them win consistently. In many cases, they’re forced to juggle multiple disconnected tools that only slow them down. That’s why we’re excited to team up with Outreach to help sellers get more done with less effort across the revenue cycle.”

The combination of our AI plus Zoom’s AI-first work platform will enable reps to spend less time on toggling between platforms and instead focus on building meaningful relationships with customers.”
The Outreach for Zoom Mail integration is currently in private beta and is expected to be available to customers in the coming months. Outreach will showcase this integration at the Channel Partners Expo in Las Vegas from March 24–27, alongside its partner, Avant.
