The strategic move aims to enhance Euronext’s Corporate Services offering by expanding its portfolio of governance and secure collaboration tools for boards and executives across Europe.
Admincontrol, headquartered in Norway, delivers digital platforms tailored to managing board work, due diligence, and secure information sharing. With more than 2,400 clients across the Nordics, the company has established itself as a trusted partner in corporate governance solutions. Its integration into Euronext’s suite of services will offer listed and private companies broader access to secure, cloud-based platforms supporting key decision-making processes.
