ING Deploys Behavox Pathfinder to Elevate Front-Office Investment Research with AI

ING has selected Behavox Pathfinder Investment Research to deliver AI-powered, high-impact financial insights directly to its FICC front-office teams, strengthening the bank’s strategy to integrate large language models into trading and client coverage workflows. Building on ING’s existing use of Behavox Mosaic, Pathfinder provides real-time, plain-language access to market intelligence, helping front-office professionals act faster and with greater precision. “AI has the power to fundamentally change the way clients access and use financial research,” said Simon Bevan, Global Head of e-Trading at ING, adding that combining Behavox’s technology with ING’s expertise will “create smarter, faster ways for clients to interact with our insights.”
