Stuut Technologies has raised $29.5 million in Series A funding, led by Andreessen Horowitz, to accelerate its mission of fully automating accounts receivable (AR) operations. Additional investors participating in the round include Activant Capital, Khosla Ventures, 1984.vc, Page One Ventures, Vesey Ventures, Carya Venture Partners, and Valley Ventures. As part of the investment, Seema Amble of Andreessen Horowitz and Steve Sarracino of Activant Capital will join Stuut’s board, supporting the company as it expands its AI-driven AR capabilities across six major workflows: collections, payments, cash application, deductions, credits, and disputes.
Stuut’s platform addresses a persistent challenge for businesses—AR teams spending hours manually tracking payments, reconciling transactions, and navigating complex customer relationships. These inefficiencies can cost companies up to 5% of their EBITDA, particularly in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, CPG, and medical devices. While traditional AR software offers tools to streamline tasks, Stuut stands apart by autonomously executing the work end-to-end, delivering faster results with minimal human oversight.
According to CEO and co-founder Tarek Alaruri, “The technology to actually automate this work didn’t exist 18 months ago when we started Stuut. We can now handle exceptions and complexity, learn from each interaction, work across disconnected systems, and execute tasks end-to-end.” This approach allows businesses to collect up to 40% more revenue on time and reduce manual workload by 70%. Implementations take just days—far faster than the months-long deployments typical of legacy platforms.

Customers including Honeywell, ZoomInfo, Bishop Lifting, and PerkinElmer are already seeing measurable gains. “Stuut is transforming our accounts receivable operations on a daily basis… The platform handles the routine work so our people drive increased real business value,” said Razvan Bratu, Head of Quote to Cash at Honeywell.
Investors believe Stuut is redefining AR automation. As Seema Amble noted, “Accounts receivable is one of the finance functions still dominated by manual work. Stuut changes that by replacing repetitive AR tasks with software that actually does the work–and does it better.”
