Rezolve Ai Introduces SQD Revenue Pools to Align Enterprise Demand With Scalable Data Infrastructure

Rezolve Ai, a specialist in agentic commerce and AI-driven customer engagement, has unveiled a new revenue model through its wholly owned subsidiary, SQD Network, aimed at supporting growing demand from enterprise and institutional customers. The initiative, called Revenue Pools, is designed to directly link customer payments with the expansion of SQD’s blockchain data infrastructure.

SQD delivers high-performance blockchain data services to major global organizations, including Deutsche Telekom, as well as leading decentralized finance platforms such as Morpho and PancakeSwap. These customers rely on continuous access to large volumes of real-time and historical data, making infrastructure scale and reliability mission-critical.

Under the Revenue Pool model, enterprise customers pay subscription fees for SQD’s data services. As usage increases, SQD commits additional infrastructure capacity. Token holders can temporarily lock their SQD tokens to help support that capacity, with ownership retained during the lock-up period. When customers pay for services, a portion of those revenues may be distributed to participating token holders in the form of stablecoin payments. The structure is intended to create a direct economic connection between service demand, infrastructure support, and network participation.

The model introduces dynamics often associated with more mature digital platforms, including demand-driven token utility, reduced circulating supply through temporary token locking, and customer-funded operations rather than reliance on ongoing token issuance. Over time, Rezolve Ai expects these mechanisms to strengthen the relationship between enterprise adoption and SQD’s underlying network activity, though the company notes there is no guarantee of future token performance.

“As enterprise customers place more reliance on SQD’s data services, it becomes essential that infrastructure capacity is supported by real usage and real payments,” said Dmitry Zhelezov, CTO of SQD Network. “SQD’s Revenue Pools are designed to formalize that link between demand, capacity and network economics.”

Daniel M. Wagner, Chairman and CEO of Rezolve Ai PLC, added, “We believe public-market investors increasingly look for technology platforms where growth is supported by durable, usage-based economics. This type of model is designed to reflect the direction in which we believe digital infrastructure is maturing toward greater discipline, transparency and alignment with real customer demand.”

The Revenue Pool rollout will begin with limited capacity and is expected to scale gradually as enterprise usage grows, positioning SQD to meet long-term customer needs while reinforcing sustainable economic foundations.
