Ventra Health Unveils vCision™ to Transform Revenue Cycle Data into Actionable Intelligence

Share

Ventra Health has introduced vCision™, a new AI-powered revenue intelligence platform designed to help healthcare providers convert complex revenue cycle data into measurable financial performance. The launch marks a major step in Ventra’s strategy to apply advanced automation and agentic AI across revenue cycle management (RCM) operations.

Built to support facility-based physicians, vCision uses adaptive AI models to identify inefficiencies, predict payer behavior, and surface targeted opportunities for improvement throughout the revenue cycle. Early results point to meaningful impact, including a 19% improvement in first-pass payment rates, a 26% reduction in initial denials, and faster recovery of millions of dollars in delayed reimbursements.

To accelerate development and deployment, Ventra partnered with CitiusTech, a healthcare technology services firm specializing in digital transformation and AI. The initiative also includes the establishment of a new Global Capability Center focused on engineering, data, and platform delivery, enabling broader integration of agentic AI solutions across Ventra’s business lines.

vCision is designed to strengthen the work of Ventra’s RCM specialists by improving claim accuracy, minimizing avoidable denials, and enabling faster responses to evolving payer rules. The platform also supports real-time workforce education and expands enterprise analytics capabilities within Ventra’s vSight data platform, which was introduced in late 2023.

“With vCision, we are accelerating our AI focus to launch a series of proprietary, high-value revenue intelligence solutions to stay ahead of rapidly shifting guidelines and reimbursement requirements that will ultimately impact client bottom lines and competitive positioning,” said Steven Huddleston, CEO of Ventra. “As an integral part of the white-glove service delivery model we offer to Ventra clients, these solutions will empower our RCM experts to make smarter and faster decisions that will drive concrete outcomes.”

The platform draws on curated, high-precision data from vSight and is continuously monitored and refined by Ventra’s revenue cycle experts to ensure transparency, reliability, and measurable results. vCision launches with nine dedicated revenue intelligence solutions aimed at accelerating collections, increasing reimbursement, and improving quality performance.

Rajan Kohli, CEO of CitiusTech, added, “We are excited to work with Ventra to accelerate their AI platform with scalable and secure technology. By combining Ventra’s deep revenue cycle expertise with CitiusTech’s healthcare engineering, Gen AI and Agentic AI capabilities, we aim to deliver business intelligence solutions that are both actionable and operationally embedded. This collaboration is focused on improving financial predictability, reducing revenue leakage, and helping providers operate with greater confidence.”

Ventra Health is backed by Varsity Healthcare Partners, a private equity firm focused on healthcare services and technology.
