WorkWave Unveils Wavelytics™ Decision Intelligence to Turn Service Business Data into Action

Share

WorkWave has launched Wavelytics™ Decision Intelligence. This new AI-powered platform helps service businesses go beyond static reports. It provides prescriptive, action-oriented insights. The announcement came at the 2026 Beyond Service Customer Conference in Dallas. This offering adds intelligent dashboards to WorkWave’s core software. It turns operational data into actionable guidance for leaders.

Decision Intelligence is designed for field service industries such as pest control, lawn care, cleaning, and security. It acts as the smart layer of WorkWave’s Hybrid Workforce vision. The platform collects data from operations, finance, and field activities through the Wavelytics Data Factory. This factory standardizes and cleans data to ensure accuracy. Instead of just looking at past performance, the system recommends next steps that align with business goals.

“Service business owners are often drowning in data but starving for insights. They don’t need another report to read; they need to know what to do next,” said Kevin Kemmerer, CEO of WorkWave. “Decision Intelligence bridges the gap between insight and action. It’s not just about seeing a drop in sales—it’s about surfacing insights—like which technician may need coaching or which territory could benefit from a marketing boost.”

The platform organizes intelligence around distinct roles, delivering tailored views for owners, CEOs, CFOs, dispatchers, and branch managers. Its dashboards provide a high-level view of trends such as revenue retention and pipeline health, customized for WorkWave’s industry-specific solutions including PestPac®, RealGreen®, and TEAM Software®. Scorecards drill down to individual performance metrics, while real-time alerts notify managers of urgent issues such as aging leads or spikes in service callbacks.

At the center of the experience is Ask WAIve, an AI-driven orchestration layer that allows users to interact with data using natural language. Beyond answering questions, Ask WAIve can trigger agents to generate reports, surface insights, and recommend actions directly from the interface.

Wavelytics Decision Intelligence is expected to become available to users in the second quarter of 2026, with live demonstrations taking place this week at WorkWave’s Dallas conference.
