Conga has acquired PROS Holdings’ B2B business. This merger brings together two leaders in AI-driven pricing, quoting, and contracting solutions. Together, they create a complete enterprise platform that manages revenue from price to signature. The combined strengths include Conga’s configure, price, quote (CPQ), contract lifecycle management (CLM), and document automation. PROS adds its AI-driven pricing optimization. This partnership helps businesses maximize revenue, lower risk, and boost profitability. “To operate as connected, intelligent businesses, enterprises need a commerce chain that keeps everyone moving in the same direction,” said CEO Dave Osborne.
