Apex Fintech Solutions and Wavvest Partner to Bring AI-Driven Financial Planning to Advisors

Share

Apex Fintech Solutions has entered into a strategic partnership with Wavvest to deliver AI-powered financial planning tools to advisors operating on Apex’s custodial infrastructure. The collaboration integrates Wavvest’s artificial intelligence planning engine with Apex’s AscendOS APIs, enhancing the company’s broader AI Suite of productivity and development tools.

The collaborative solution aims at streamlining the formulation of comprehensive financial plans through the direct use of custodial data in real time. Instead of using conventional methods that involve data entry from different systems of records, the solution enables the formulation of tax strategies, estate plans, portfolio transition plans, among others, within minutes. This streamlines the time-intensive process, allowing the advisor to focus on client engagement.

The multi-functional AI assistant developed by Wavvest integrates all the planning tools in one place. By using the direct API connection with the Apex AscendOS, the assistant can access the portfolio holdings and account information with no need for data uploads. The advisor can view the assumptions with complete transparency.

“At Apex, we’re committed to being AI-forward in everything we build,” said Bill Capuzzi, CEO of Apex Fintech Solutions. “Our goal is simple: enable our clients to save their advisors time and enhance their service capabilities. Through strategic partnerships like this one with Wavvest, we can offer our clients access to cutting-edge tools that fit their process, connected to real-time data, with seamless workflows — no compromises, no workarounds.”

Brendan King, CEO of Wavvest added: “AI should elevate advisors, not replace them. Through this partnership, we’re embedding intelligence directly into modern, API-first infrastructure. By combining Wavvest’s planning technology with Apex’s institutional-grade custodial platform, we’re creating a more connected operating environment that allows firms to move faster, operate more efficiently, and serve clients with greater precision. That ultimately frees advisors to focus on what matters most: building lasting client relationships.”

Future enhancements are expected to expand the assistant’s capabilities from read-only analysis to read-write functionality, allowing approved AI-generated recommendations to execute directly through Apex’s APIs, further advancing automation across the advisory workflow.
