ConnexPay, a unified payments platform connecting real-time PayIns to PayOuts, has launched Payment Valet, a managed services solution designed to streamline the “last mile” of B2B payments. While many platforms modernize payment acceptance and processing, payment delivery often remains fragmented and manual. Payment Valet addresses this by providing end-to-end payment delivery, payee network management, and supplier support. The solution has four main functions: Payee Network Management is used to keep up the record of payment preferences; Payment Delivery Fulfillment refers to the act of sending payments through the preferred channel of a payee such as virtual card, ACH or check; Payment Preference Management gives payees the option to manage themselves via branded portals; Payee Care, on the other hand, helps with giving the resolve support for queries and investigations. Payment Valet targets phase SaaS platforms, fintech providers, and large volume customers like insurance brokers, by facilitating them in compliances, scaling and efficiency in payment delivery.
