Nuvo Technologies has announced a new integration with Avalara that combines AI-driven customer onboarding with automated tax compliance capabilities, enabling B2B suppliers to manage credit applications and tax requirements through a single workflow. The integration connects Nuvo’s onboarding platform with Avalara’s exemption certificate management and real-time tax calculation tools, helping businesses reduce delays, minimize compliance risks, and streamline customer approvals.

Through Nuvo Intelligence, uploaded tax documents such as resale certificates and W-9 forms are automatically classified and validated in real time before being transferred to Avalara’s centralized compliance repository. Avalara’s AI-powered exemption certificate management system further automates document verification and lifecycle management, helping organizations remain audit-ready while reducing manual effort. “Onboarding and tax compliance have historically lived in separate systems, owned by different teams, and connected by manual work,” said Sid Malladi, CEO at Nuvo. “Together with Avalara, Nuvo is collapsing that gap into a single workflow, giving suppliers a faster path to revenue without introducing compliance risk.”
