Accenture has made a strategic investment in WEVO, an AI-powered customer research platform that enables companies to simulate and validate user behaviors before launching new products and services, integrating its capabilities into Accenture Song’s GrowthOS to help organizations move from concept to revenue faster. As customer expectations shift rapidly—highlighted by the fact that three in four customers want companies to respond more quickly—businesses face mounting pressure to reduce guesswork and long development cycles. WEVO’s platform addresses this by allowing teams to test value propositions and digital experiences using both real users and synthetic personas, generating deep behavioral insights within hours instead of weeks, thereby improving confidence in decisions and accelerating time to market.
